Into a bowl I mixed a can of chicken breast (drained), about a quarter cup of pork panko, a large egg, some garlic and onion powders, and Real Salt, and a handful of shredded mozzarella. After mixing thoroughly I coated them in a mixture of pork panko, parm/romano cheese (canned), and a little beef gelatin. Air-fried for 12 minutes at 425°F.
The dip is sour cream with a spoonful of guacamole mixed in.
