1 small can wild-caught skinless/boneless salmon
1 XL egg
½c cottage cheese
¼c shredded cheese (I used colby-jack)
2 tsp EBTB seasoning
¼tsp dried dill weed
Drain and pat the salmon dry
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
I cooked mine in my 5-Minute Chef in 2 batches so they would be thin. I cooked them until the outside was crispy and dark brown (the way I like it). You probably could make patties out of it and fry it too (maybe air-fry? don’t know for sure), but I do most similar things in this little appliance. They were great with a little schmear of mayo on top!
Ate them before I thought to take a picture, but might make a Keto Kwikkie video the next time I make these.
