meal #2 was a 1#+ pork steak, with unsweetened applesauce as a condiment for dipping.
This was a 95% carnivore day, except for that little bit of applesauce.

ate at a Mexican restaurant, new to us, ordered a sampler appetizer to get an idea of what they had and nibbled on a little of each thing; no idea of carbs or anything else so it’s an “other” (x) day; I typically try to make these kinds of day OMaD days to give my body time to use the carbs before I eat again.

[k] Sept 19, 2024 – Starting at about 2:00 I had some salad (chicken/bacon/cucumber/mayo); snacked on some carnivore toast; supper was half of a spaghetti squash with tomato sauce; finished eating by 18:30

[c] Sept 17, 2024 – Had about a pound (half) of a massive porterhouse steak late afternoon, then some cottage cheese a couple of hours later.

[c] Sept 16, 2024 – Through the day I ate some Canadian bacon, some pork belly, and some bacon and eggs (enhanced with cheese and sour cream). Was able to eat at home today and avoid restaurants. Lots of pork, I know…it’s what I had. But tomorrow? BEEF!

Other than that, meals have consisted of salami slices with cucumber, or – mostly – a pot of ground beef and bacon that i made up and have been reheating, with additions such as cheese, sour cream, guacamole, SF ketchup, mustard, and/or pork rinds.
