RECIPE: Totally Animal-Based Breakfast Pizza

This is how I made it, but the great thing about pizza is how versatile it can be!

Crust:

1c pork rind crumbs
2T butter, melted
½c shredded (not canned) parmesan cheese
½c shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings:

½c sour cream, mixed with 1 large egg for the sauce
½c bacon crumbles
½c shredded mozzarella cheese
(or whatever toppings you prefer)

Mix together crust ingredients; press onto parchment lined baking sheet (with sides – there will be excess fat).
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until nicely browned. (I used my air fryer oven on the bake setting.)
Remove from oven and let cool until it crisps up – about 10 minutes.

Spread some of the sauce on the crust to your liking, add topping(s), top with cheese.
Return to oven to bake at 375°F (or you can broil if not using parchment paper) until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Remove from oven, let the cheese set slightly so you can cut through it, and enjoy!

NOTE that the pizza will be pick-up-able after it cools a bit. (I was impatient and used a fork.)
