We have recently moved out of our lovely fifth wheel travel trailer in the country and into an adorable little 2-bedroom house in the city. Maybe one of the best things about this is that I have a real kitchen now! In what seems like a past life I had a very active YouTube channel called Cheap and Easy Low Carb, and had created hundreds of videos. When I left that platform I shut the channel down of course, but in the years since I have wanted to make the occasional cooking video for online posting. Now that I have a place to do it, I’m starting to work on making that happen. The house is very loud, everything echoes (until I finish decorating at least), and I am WAY out of practice at making videos; it didn’t come nearly as easily as it used to, and it shows that I have lost my touch! But I am determined and, if you wish, you can watch me (hopefully!) grow back into the video-making process. I am my own worst critic so there’s probably nothing you could tell me that I haven’t already taken note of, but constructive suggestions are always welcome! Time to get back in the saddle, folks, and here is my first attempt with this first-use video of my new Blendtec blender; I also introduce my Nuwave air fryer oven which I got last week.
